President of Communities and Resort Responsibilities:

Set the company's strategy and direction

Create and build the company's culture

Exhibit excellent project management, organizational skills and experience working with budgets.

Demonstrate effective project management including experience creating and managing work plans, timelines, budgets, and other contractual research components.

Display strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to compose formal business correspondence

Demonstrate basic research and/or policy knowledge or an appetite to acquire and grow in this knowledge

Operate successfully both independently and in a team environment, be able to take initiative; manage workflow

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and desire to be a self-starter

Community engagement and organizing, Program development and implementation, Project management and tracking, and Event planning.

New Knowledge & Skills Intern Will Learn & Compensation

Familiarity with issues impacting the LGBTQ community, particularly regarding racial and social justice. Knowledge, sensitivity, and understanding of diverse LGBTQ communities.

Strong written and oral communication skills with both internal and outside stakeholders

Work with Director to develop innovative programming

Required Skills, Education and Certifications

Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice

Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure

Basic computer skills, as well as overall technical savviness

Minimum 2 years of caregiving, home health, or facility experience is required

Flexibility. Potential full-time or part-time hours. Shifts are typically between 8-12 hours.

Prior experience in online community management.

Identify tools and resources for section operations and management for the volunteers.

Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, marketing, or related field.

Prior work experience in non-profit, education and or marketing.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite.
