President of Communities and Resort Responsibilities:

Set the company's strategy and direction

Create and build the company's culture

5+ Years of RV campground property and asset management experience (preferred)

5+ Years of multifamily property and asset management experience (preferred)

Draw Management and Capital Expenditures - ensure that one hundred percent (100%) of the available capital expenses are drawn against lenders.

10+ years of resort hospitality experience with full amenities - F&B, arcade, water activities, etc.

5+ years Sr executive experience with P&L responsibility

5+ Years of F&B experience (preferred)

Draw Management and Capital Expenditures - ensure that one hundred percent (100%) of the available capital expenses are drawn against lenders.

5+ years resort / hospitality operational leadership experience

5+ years full F&B experience

Work with Property/Resort Managers to develop a written, defined plan for prompt turnaround of every underperforming asset.

2+ years of experience managing operations across multiple locations

Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
