Position
The Prep Cook position prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Reports directly to the Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chef.

What You'll Do
ENSURE A HIGH-QUALITY OPERATION

• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Attends all in-service and safety meetings.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Performs other duties as assigned as assigned by Sous Chefs and Executive Chef.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.

Requirements
Job Requirements

• Availability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
• Availability to work a flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays.
