This is a remote position. The selected colleague will generally be expected to work at an MUFG office periodically. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Microsoft PowerBI reports and Dashboards within the IT Operations Team. Active partnership with key report stakeholders will inform the design requirements, and they will assist with the launch, training, and adoption of new reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Operations, with a clear understanding of the needs of IT Operations Management teams. With this perspective, they will harmonize and modernize old ways of reporting such as Excel and SSRS to the modern PowerBI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect feedback and user requirements for new report development or modifications.
• Deliverable KPIs include active user counts and report usage within the BI workspace.
• Partner with Data Engineer on data preparation and modeling needs.
• Translate business and functional requirements to dashboards and data visualizations.
• Implement consistency and best practices across the platform.
• Track user adoption across teams to confirm the tools are being leveraged.
• Business intelligence report design and implementation (PowerBI)

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Excel, familiar with pivot tables and summarizations
• Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability and able to work independently.
• Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• 5+ Years experience with Power BI (desktop, service, power query, DAX) strongly preferred.
• Background education in data science, engineering, business analytics and/or relevant software certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $145K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
