Job Description
Type: Description:
Job title: Python/Django Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: $60/hr to $70/hr C2C DOE
Remarks: Candidate MUST relocate to the Bay Area if hired and follow a Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:
  • Test, deploy and support application end-to-end
  • Write clean, efficient, and modular code
  • Debug and fix issues as they arise
  • Review code from peers

Requirements:
  • Experience working with relational databases (Postgres) and non-relational databases (Mongodb)
  • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (code, build, test, deploy, support)
  • 5+ years of experience developing Python and Django applications
  • Solid experience developing REST APIs

Skills required:
  • Django Rest framework - 2-5 years
  • MongoDB - 2-5 years
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - 2-5 years
  • Docker - 2-5 years
  • AWS - 2-5 years
  • Python - 5-10 years

Nice to Have:
  • Terraform - At least 1 year
  • Kubernetes - At least 1 year
