We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in options trading to join a world-class team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing options trading strategies, managing risk, overseeing the performance of the options portfolio, mentoring junior traders, and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and opportunities. You will work closely with the research and engineering teams to develop and optimise the trading model and provide leadership in options trading activities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify new trading opportunities and adjust - portfolio positions accordingly.
• Manage risk effectively to achieve desired risk-adjusted returns.
• Oversee the performance of the options portfolio, including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop and implement innovative trading strategies.
• Design and implement options trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in options trading and apply them to improve portfolio performance.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior traders, including training on options trading techniques and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Strong knowledge and experience in options trading, including various options strategies and risk management.
• Excellent P&L Track record.
• Proven track record of managing options portfolios and achieving consistent returns.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior traders.
• Experience with options trading platforms, risk management systems, and trading tools.

Offering a competitive compensation package, including base salary and PnL split up to 40%.
