Job Description

Portfolio Manager - Futures

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager specializing in FICC trading to lead a world-class team in systematic trading strategies across a range of futures in mid to HFT trading.


As a Head Of/Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing trading strategies, managing risk, overseeing the performance of the futures portfolio, mentoring junior traders, and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and opportunities. You will work closely with the research and engineering teams to develop and optimize the trading model and provide leadership to the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop and implement innovative trading strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify new trading opportunities and adjust - portfolio positions accordingly.
  • Design and implement futures trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Manage risk effectively to achieve desired risk-adjusted returns.
  • Oversee the performance of the options portfolio, including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior traders, including training on futures trading techniques and risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in options trading and apply them to improve portfolio performance.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior traders.
  • Experience with trading platforms, risk management systems, and trading tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze complex market data.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing futures portfolios and achieving consistent returns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in options trading, including various strategies and risk management techniques,


Offering a competitive compensation package, including base salary and PnL split up to 40%
