Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Podcast Host to join our dynamic startup team! If you have a love for podcasts, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


As a Podcast Host at our company, you will have the chance to shape the direction of our podcast and engage with our audience through captivating conversations. This is an exciting chance to be part of a growing startup in the EdTech realm and contribute to our mission of helping startup founders achieve their full potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and prepare compelling interview questions to engage guests and create thought-provoking discussions
  • Engage with listeners by responding to comments, questions, and feedback on various podcast platforms and social media channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging topics, and new podcasting techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop episode concepts, themes, and scripts
  • Ensure high audio and production quality of each episode, working closely with our audio production team
  • Plan, host, and produce engaging podcast episodes that align with our company's vision and target audience


Requirements:

  • Passion for startups and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner
  • Familiarity with audio recording and editing tools/software
  • Ability to adapt to various podcast formats and styles
  • Strong research abilities to generate insightful questions and content ideas
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven experience as a podcast host or a strong passion for podcasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for conducting engaging interviews and conversations
