Coordinate and manage the entire podcast production process, from ideation to execution.

Plan and organize podcast recording sessions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.

Enhance audio clarity, remove background noise, and ensure a consistent audio experience across episodes.

Manage the distribution of podcast episodes across various platforms, ensuring timely and consistent releases.

Proven experience in podcast production, news radio, and/or audio production.

Excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to engage guests and audiences effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.

Previous experience in podcasting, broadcasting, or public speaking is preferred but not mandatory.

Conduct thorough research on sports-related topics, current events, and recent developments to provide well-informed discussions.

Collaborate with the existing host and production team to plan and structure podcast episodes, ensuring a seamless and captivating flow.

Participate in pre-show preparation, including brainstorming session topics, guest interviews, and potential segment ideas.

Engage with the audience by soliciting feedback, questions, and suggestions for future episodes via social media platforms or other communication channels.

Proven experience as a podcast host or a strong passion for podcasting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for conducting engaging interviews and conversations

Strong research abilities to generate insightful questions and content ideas

Plan, host, and produce engaging podcast episodes that align with our company's vision and target audience

Conduct thorough research and prepare compelling interview questions to engage guests and create thought-provoking discussions

Collaborate with the content team to develop episode concepts, themes, and scripts

2 episodes per week during the season

Promote as much as possible on your own social media channels

Social media presence and/or personality on radio/tv

The co-host will be a skilled storyteller and writer and collaborate on crafting the show’s narrative.

Catalysta seeks a journalist co-host for a podcast entitled

This is a pro-bono opportunity at the outset. The hosts will be paid once revenue is recognized.

-Co-host four three-part episodes in the first season/year

-Collaborate on scripting the episodes.

-Provide input on the selection of guests and interview questions.

Experience with financial or investment-related reporting.

Experience with public speaking in-person and in front of a camera.

Experience in a Public-Relations setting, including conducting research and due diligence.

Experience in editing and copywriting.

Conducts video interviews and delivers content for Hedder's podcast.

Collaborate on topics to be discussed with our content team and the episode guest.

Continued commitment to maximize skills/assets

Must have a borderline scary knowledge and passion for sports

Experience in broadcast/podcasting is welcome but not necessary

Work collaboratively with the 2400Sports podcast team

Create chemistry with a co-host counterpart and producer

Prepare, research, and record up to, but not limited to, three (3) shows/week

Extensive knowledge of global soccer, particularly English Premier League, Champions League, and International competition

Sports media experience such as interviewing athletes, producing sports content, working for a soccer club

Knowledge of tactical and strategic elements of the game (formations, VAR, substitutions, etc.,)

Skills in audio or video workstations such as Logic or Adobe Premiere

Good on-air personality, able to draw in listeners with a nice balance between humor and insight

Availability to record episodes 2x per week for Monday and Friday episode releases
