Sant Ambroeus is looking for a reliable and experienced host to join our team! We are seeking a candidate who is personable, professional, and has a passion for customer service. As a host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with all managers and team to organize and facilitate a well-organized flow of guests through the door and to their arranged tables as well as helping to organize the ‘turn’ of tables.
• Create a warm, enthusiastic welcome for our guests.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Effectively book and confirm reservations to assure efficient services while getting our guests excited about dining with us.
• Goes above and beyond hospitality and creates a bond with each guest adding a layer to service through creative thinking.
• Ideal candidate has previous experience with Resy.
• Anticipate the arrival of guests in advance of them dining with us.
