As a Copywriter working with Fertility Bridge, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging and impactful content for our podcast, newsletter, and social media platforms.

You will capture the essence of our brand voice and produce high-quality copy that resonates with our audience, driving them to actively engage with our content.

2. Are you meticulous and detail-oriented when transcribing podcast episodes?

3. Do you thrive on writing persuasive ad copy to maximize audience engagement for sponsors?

YOUR MISSION

Should you choose to accept it, is to help Fertility Bridge crafting engaging and impactful content.

The Copywriter will be responsible for the following outcomes:

• Clips chosen for maximum audience engagement and timestamps made. 5 episodes per month.
• Ad copy written for sponsors of up to 5 podcasts and 5 digests per month for maximum audience engagement with the advertiser.
• Show notes, podcast newsletter and social media copy written so that the audience wants to engage. Written in brand voice, completed for each weekly podcast episode within 1 week of recording. Episode transcriptions completed for each weekly podcast episode within 3 weeks of recording, up to 5 per month. Transcriptions must be checked for accurate spelling of guest names and brands.

The tools we provide for you to achieve the outcome:

• Main Podcast Template, for tracking podcast outcomes and timelines
• Brand Guide
• Advertising Traffic Manager, part time (currently performed by Operations Manager)
• Advertiser Strategy Intake File, includes things that are important to audience
• Google Docs for creation of documents
• Otter.ai to generate automatic episode transcriptions.
• Project management software-Asana
  • Episode Planner, for overall podcast traffic visualization
  • Main Podcast Template, for tracking podcast outcomes and timelines
• Podcast Project Manager, part time (currently performed by Operations Manager)
• Episode Planner, for overall podcast traffic visualization
• Operations Manager, part time
• Google Drive for collaboration

Some things we do not provide:

• No overall established content strategy
• Podcast interview recordings do not have a regular rhythm as they are subject to guest and host availability.
• Content Strategist is currently the owner, for now.
• Looms may not be optima
• Sponsorship may be added after “final” version is complete, requiring insertion of provided sponsorship disclaimers and voice overs prior to true production version. This will require an update to the transcription file by you.
• No concentrated resource for fertility knowledge, industry types, acronyms, what’s important to audience
