Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. SUMMARY

The Copywriter is responsible for driving the creation of accurate, clear and consistent member-facing content and messaging to advance membership and engagement for BECU. The Copywriter will collaborate with all levels of credit union staff to develop a high standard for both traditional and digital media through headline and full-length copy that aligns with member needs and expectations and elevates product, service, and social media initiatives. The Copywriter will also partner with creative, editorial, digital and product marketing professionals to provide editorial support and expertise for projects, present written concepts, and produce and deliver copy for a variety of assigned projects and campaigns.
