Plumbing Helper: ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

You will develop the sourcing strategy in alignment with product management, operations, and technology.

You will manage and develop vendors to adhere to Fluence compliance requirements

You will source new partner suppliers & manage those commercial contracts, while continually assessing your supplier base

You will assess and manage the sourcing risk for the commodities, considering geopolitical, geographical and financial risks.

You have a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6+ relevant years’ experience.

You will lead cost reduction in all venues of your commodities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator

2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and materials

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of business principles and practices

Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction theories and practices

Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC-related products, including ductwork, load calculations, and troubleshooting of home performance solutions

Qualifications For a Plumbing And Hvac Sales Representative

Ability to operate personal iPads and programs well enough to perform presentations in customers' homes

Ability to learn and understand the technicality of HVAC equipment, duct design, and home performance systems

Oversee project management tasks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Familiarity with value engineering, estimating, sales, and project management.

Professional Engineering (PE) certification or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.

Proven experience with commercial HVAC and plumbing design and engineering.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Provide preconstruction services, including reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts.

Work with project managers to gather information on project scope, timeline, and requirements.

Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and provide updates throughout the project process.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience.

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Plumbing and HVAC estimating.

Extensive knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems and building codes.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
