Communication skills to relay issues to property managers

Follows health department, city, state, and federal procedures, practices, and recordkeeping requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including But Not Limited To)

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

Work with project managers to gather information on project scope, timeline, and requirements.

Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and provide updates throughout the project process.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience.

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Plumbing and HVAC estimating.

Extensive knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems and building codes.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.

A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.

Good customer skills are also required.

5+ years of recent hands-on experience in the property management industry

Facilities/Building Operations experience with a strong working knowledge of building plumbing systems and boilers

3+ years of supervisory experience

Proficiently skilled in electrical, mechanical building systems, and basic construction

Experience managing building employees, including familiarity and experience with 32BJ Union contracted employees.

Experienced with CCTV and access control security systems.
