• Develop, interpret and administer employee health, wellness and preventative services.
• Role will support 2nd shift, but must be flexible to provide coverage as needed.
• Provide initial assessment and direct care, including treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses
• Facilitate care/case management for work and non-work-related employee illness and injury.
• Ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers by following regulatory agency and organizational policies and procedures
• Coordinate and manage medical surveillance and training as it relates to the Corporate Medical Services, Health Progress and Environmental Safety and Health (EHS) requirements.

• Training in the use and proper fitting of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e., equipment that is worn to protect against safety and health hazards)
• First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens/Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of occupational health, case management, and clinical nursing experience required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (BSN) preferred or experience in lieu of a degree accepted

• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
• Flexible work schedule including working occasional overtime and holidays
• Exceptional customer service and time management skills
• Exceptional ability to document, organize and maintain health related records
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Good understanding of the medical services in the community in order to facilitate referrals (e.g., emergent, urgent or routine)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain medical confidentiality and privacy
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with general office programs and equipment
• Timely and effective communication as demonstrated through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of governmental regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate ability to work closely with corporate and location management teams (e.g. Health Progress, EHS, Corporate Medical Services, location leaders, etc.) in the completion of goals and strategies
