Summary:

Responsible for the general management of all company operations in the attainment of profit and growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, resourceful, flexible and proactive with strong human relations and personal communication skills.
• 15 years of experience in a variety of product development, manufacturing, or quality positions.
• Experience with Cardiovascular medical devices.
• Ability to translate product, manufacturing, quality and marketing issues into general business terms and take action.
• Bachelor of Science in an engineering or scientific discipline.
• Capable of maintaining a creative environment and motivating personnel in a dynamic business environment.
• High moral standards combined with strong work ethics.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop subordinates in a participative management environment.
• Experience in participating and supporting marketing and sales teams.
• A thorough understanding of a wide variety of areas including the product development process, regulatory processes, TQM techniques, and manufacturing operations.
• MBA or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate management in defining long-term growth objectives of the Company.
• Lead the Operating Committee in the continual improvement of the business management processes of the Company.
• Actively support the Quality Policy.
• Actively manage personnel to attain individual professional growth by providing the opportunity and motivation for personal development.
• Actively manage the organization to achieve the annual business plan and associated budgets.
• Lead the Operating Committee to develop appropriate key measurements for the Company and establish goals utilizing these measurements.
• Monitor, focus and evaluate members of the management team and other resources as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain management systems, which ensure that all products developed, manufactured, and marketed by the Company meet applicable FDA requirements.
• Monitor, assess and change annual business plan as necessary to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Lead the Operating Committee in the development of the annual business plan.
• Ensure that customer and applicable regulatory requirements are met.
• Demonstrate commitment to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System.
