Plant Nurse Jobs

General knowledge of state-of-the-art health and medical issues to provide resource information to employees and management.

Extensive knowledge on leave management such as FMLA, STD, LTD

In-depth knowledge of company programs, policies, and procedures to make appropriate decisions and referrals.

Knowledge of medical services and other community resources to make appropriate referrals and appointments as needed.

Must have certifications in Spirometry, Audiometry, and be CPR/AED certified

Must submit BayCare Nurse Apprentice Portfolio to validate nursing education and skills within 30 days.

Completion of BayCare provided Nurse Apprentice/PCT Clinical Skills training class

Written and verbal communication skills

Computer skills appropriate to position

Clinical skills appropriate to position

Minimum 2+ years of occupational health, case management, and clinical nursing experience required

Exceptional customer service and time management skills

Facilitate care/case management for work and non-work-related employee illness and injury.

Knowledge and demonstrated experience with general office programs and equipment

Knowledge of governmental regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (BSN) preferred or experience in lieu of a degree accepted
