Plant Manager Jobs

Job Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate daily Plant Operations for Plastic Recycling

Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping

Hire, manage, develop, and incentivize plant staff

Implement Budgets and Strategies in alignment with Owners (Annually), Discuss Monthly

Responsible for Corrective Actions of Plant Staff

Supervise Maintenance Manager and 3 Production Supervisors

Job Qualifications:

+5 years of Manufacturing Experience

+5 Years of Plant management experience

Engineering Degree Required

Microsoft Office Skills Required

Strong Planning, Organizing, and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong Leadership, Motivational and Interpersonal Skills
