• Effectively implements new performance management systems, production plans, and performance criteria; confirms production progress; responds to delays; takes corrective actions; records KPI performance.

• Responsible for purchasing raw materials for plant
• Continuously improves the plant's performance by implementing lean manufacturing concepts, techniques and processes.
• Manages and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features work and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports Greif's mission, follows the values of Greif, and works to better Greif’s business as a whole.
• Forecasts future production and facility needs and participates in establishing strategic business and project goals.
• Communicates goals and objectives, applies company policy, and staff, trains, coaches, recommends salary increases, administers discipline, ensures positive colleague relations, and reviews colleagues' performance.
• Creates and implements improvement plans for the overall operation.
• Contributes to annual budget preparation. Controls expenditures in accordance with the budget.

• Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of relevant experience.

40The pay range for this position is $ 95,000.00 to $ 120,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
