Job Description
JAKTOOL isseeking a skilled and highly motivated Personal Executive Assistant to work inour dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will provide administrative andlogistical support to the organization’s C-level executives and will beresponsible for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information whileengaging with senior management, employees & customers.
Responsibilities
  • Perform personal errands for C-level executives as required. Coordinate/provide transportation of minor children to activities that conflict with executive's professional schedule requirements.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, as directed.
  • Collaborate with other senior management teams and staff to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing meeting materials, agendas, and handling logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and other documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & COO, including email management, calendar management, scheduling, screening calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage special projects and other initiatives as required.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO & COO emails and facilitate communication as directed.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other communications as directed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations.
  • High degree of professionalism, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an Executive Assistant, with an emphasis on confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
  • Must possess & maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver high quality, timely results.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. A high school degree with experience will be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading abilities.
