Job Description


Payroll & Benefits Supervisor:


Are you a strong supervisor who is self-driven and looking to continue to learn and grow? If you also have a strong background in payroll and benefits administration, then our Payroll & Benefits Supervisor opportunity may be the right fit for you!


Job Duties


  • Supervise day-to-day procedures and processes related to preparation of payroll and maintenance of employee payroll records.
  • Provide day-to-day administration of employee benefit program.
  • Maintain and update payroll and benefits modules within HRIS system. Identify and recommend improvements.


Salary:$32.60 - $39.78 per hour. Hybrid schedule available! Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Required Experience


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Advanced knowledge of Federal and State payroll tax laws, and payroll best practices.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefit coordination.
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in performing full cycle, in housepayroll duties and functions, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
