The Payment Operations Manager plays a vital role at Easton in managing the payment processing across each of our e-commerce firms and oversees all aspects of payment processing operations. This individual will manage payment systems, ensure seamless transactions, and optimize payment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze payment processing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding payment processing strategies, risk mitigation, and revenue optimization.
  • Chargeback Management: Monitor and handle chargeback cases, working closely with customers, payment service providers, and internal stakeholders. Investigate the causes of chargebacks, implement preventive measures, and collaborate with relevant teams to minimize their occurrence.
  • Payment Processing Applications: Coordinate and submit new payment processing applications with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and other relevant financial institutions. Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements to ensure the company's payment processing setup is efficient and secure.
