Managing Consultant, Patient Experience
As a senior delivery team member, you will perform highly complex work for our clients with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
In this full-time advisory position, your work will center around helping our health system clients navigate the people, process, and technology changes associated with becoming more consumer-centric organizations.
The role you play
An effective Managing Consultant, Patient Experience will help the organization on a whole achieve success through:

Engagement Leadership
- Proactively managing client verbal/written communications, expectations, and status reporting
- Effectively managing your own time on project deployment/utilization
- Collaborating on project activities and deliverables with fellow Tegria team members
- Applying appropriate tools and methods to achieve desired outcomes including, but not limited to, status reporting, metrics, change management, change control, and quality assurance
- Working independently or as part of a project team on client engagement(s)
- Providing professional, effective, and consistent delivery of consulting services on all assigned engagements
- Serving in a lead capacity and providing product, operational, project-based, and/or related consulting services as needed
Internal Team Support
- Leveraging knowledge and skillset to serve as a thought leader on the team
- Mentoring less experienced team members
Sales and Business Development
- Identifying and reporting opportunities for future work when working with clients
- Assisting in developing materials to support sales activities as needed
Personal / Professional
- Operating independently with limited guidance or oversight, monitoring your own work progression
What we’re looking for
We expect:
- 6+ years of experience working with Epic, Salesforce, Press Ganey, or equivalent portfolio
- Demonstrated success in client project delivery, including creation of executive-level strategic planning, presentations, and change management
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data to drive actionable insights through journey mapping or equivalent exercise
- Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills with an ability to balance assertiveness with diplomacy
- 6+ years of experience consulting and/or leading technical and operational patient experience design
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated discernment and reasoning ability regarding people, facts, trends, vague future states of industry, regulations, and the markets

- Membership in Healthcare Access or Experience Professional Organizations
- MBA or similar post-graduate degree

Compensation: $137,000 - $172,000
