Nurses develop their best skills through a combination of education and real-life experience. Our Patient Care Novices work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist in providing high quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to learn hands-on care and gain experience recognizing signs and symptoms and how to respond. If you can observe and turn instruction into compassionate, quality care, this is the job for you.
Are you enrolled in or a recent graduate of a school of nursing? Are you excited to interact with patients and have meaningful contributions to their healthcare? Can you accurately follow directions? We have a special place that will help you grow while you help our patients heal.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Communicate effectively data and significant patient information to the attention of the RN.
• Contribute to patient care in a safe environment as well as maintaining equipment, supplies, and stock in a safe and efficient manner.
• Under the direction and supervision of the RN, perform patient care activities as needed of the patient population(s) served in the unit/department.
• Under the direction and supervision of the RN, perform patient care activities as needed of the patient population(s) served in the unit/department.
• Document data collected during the provision of patient care in a timely manner.
