We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our Culinary and Pastry team. With focus on quality and production levels, the Pastry Chef will lead the entire pastry team on their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience. The Pastry Chef will work directly with the Executive Chef to maintain and improve the culinary operation and must be a liaison with all departments within the hotel. This position is responsible for the staff supervision and production of a wide range of baked goods for restaurants, retail, owner events and banquets.
