Vallure Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing digital marketing agencies focused on real estate, interior design, hospitality, lifestyle, wineries, wellness, and lifestyle, is expanding our award-winning team! We are seeking a Part-Time Account Executive to join our accounts team as an 1099 independent contractor.
Our new Account Executive will have at least 2 years of experience in an agency setting. We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial-style environment, where the pace is fast and urgent. The focus will be business development, connecting with qualified prospects, pitching and selling services, nurturing existing partnerships, and maintaining client satisfaction. The goal will be for you to expand our existing client accounts and maintain long-term retainer partnerships in luxury verticals.
This is not a “sell them and forget them” type of sales role. Relationships are at the core of our company. Regardless of your hour commitment, your responsibilities and requirements must be met. You should always know where each of your clients stand.
Reporting to the CEO, the Account Executive will be responsible for the following.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure virtual and in-person discovery meetings and pitch presentations
- Develop a personalized understanding of each client’s marketing needs
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Utilize agency sales strategy to optimize results from incoming leads
- Prospect into a network of potential clients through targeted outreach via in person networking, cold-calling, email, and social media
- Follow up with prospects regularly and successfully move them through the sales pipeline
- Effectively prioritize and balance outbound sales activities
- Tap into our clients’ networks to secure referrals to new clients
- Respond to all incoming leads, questions, and comments in a timely and appropriate manner
- Provide impeccable communications to all prospective clients of Vallure
- Record all client information and sales activity in our CRM
- High-level digital marketing knowledge to best solve the needs for prospects when doing initial outreach
- Draft thorough proposal decks to pitch new business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous inside sales / customer service responsibility highly desired
- Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate client needs
- Strong proficiency in Google Platforms
- Driven to succeed and work in a rapidly growing, team-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or applicable to position preferred
- Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive) is preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Operates with a sense of urgency and strives for higher standards
- Minimum of 1-2 years professional experience; association with luxury brands, marketing agencies, or sales preferred
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Successful track record in exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
