Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a local company in Amesbury, MA in their search to hire a
Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This position will be part time, forever about 10 hours per week and be responsible for processing full cycle accounts payable and receivable invoices and month end financial statement preparation. This part time bookkeeper position is flexible with hours and days during and is mostly remote, only requiring 1 day per week in office for check runs.

Responsibilities For The Bookkeeper
  • Financial Statement preparation
  • Deposits
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Accounts Receivable processing
  • Bank reconciliations
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • QuickBooks experience is required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work in office and local to the office
Compensation: $25-$30 hr.
