Part-Time (Adjunct) Lecturers In Information Systems

The Department of Information Systems at California State University, Los Angeles, is seeking lecturers to teach courses in Management Information Systems, Database Design, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Development, Computer Networks, and other Information Systems-related courses. The courses are mostly taught at the undergraduate level and some at the graduate level. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Information Systems/Information Technology and currently be employed in an Information Systems/Information technology-related position.

Responsibilities

• Teaching college-level lower-division and upper-division courses and helping students succeed
• All classes are conducted in face-to-face mode
• Some advisement of students and participation in student-related activities are expected

Qualifications

• Work experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• A Master's degree In Information Systems or a closely related field from an accredited university
• Currently holding a position related to Information Systems/Information Technology
• Teaching experience at the college level is preferred
• MBA degrees with a concentration in Information Systems will also be considered
