JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Job Duties

• Assist with training, motivating and development of staff.
• Assist in the supervision of staff, quality assurance, the requisitioning of food and supplies.
• Maintaining and monitoring food and supply inventories, and keeping current with food/retail trends.
• Responsible for providing assistance in managing a retail convenience store operation and dining hall operation.
• Communicate and interact with customers, insure proper sanitation and safety of food and environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Students are not eligible for this opening.
• Must have a high level of retail / grocery operation knowledge.

Tentative hours are Sunday through Thursday , 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m .
