Rn Supervisor Part Time

Salary: $48.50 - $55.90 per hour.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: 4 days per week, 8AM - 5PM

The RN Supervisor serves as the hub and team leader for all patient care team members on their Pod or team. The RN Supervisor works as part of a team with the clinic providers, and other clinic support staff to provide quality, coordinated care to patients. In addition, the RN Supervisor provides triage and patient education.

Job Duties

• Actively assist with clinic flow by performing pre-visit assessment for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting the agenda for the visit, and providing patient education.
• Triage patient telephone calls utilizing knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
• Perform/direct patient care services including, but not limited to, admission interview, accurate documentation and timely patient flow.

Required Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment.
• A minimum of two years current nursing experience.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
