Morning Shift, Part Time Daycare Assistant Teacher

Summary
Happy Haven Childcare is looking to add part time classroom assistant teachers to our facility. Classroom assistant teachers provide valuable support to our facility by providing extra supervision both in the classroom and playground areas, assisting with activities for children ages 0-5yrs old, providing lunch time break relief for teachers, assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom areas and general facility, assisting children with educational and personal-care routines, and assisting families with arrival to the facility daily. The morning shift time is 6:30am-10:30am. There is an opportunity to add more hours to this shift for the right candidate!
Duties

• Supervise children ages 0-5 yrs old.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom area
• Assist teachers with classroom activities

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Have a willingness to work with a variety of age groups 0-5yrs old
• Attend all scheduled work shifts on time
• Successfully pass criminal records / background check and fingerprinting.
