Position Purpose*
Front desk customer service including assisting Admin team and other departments when needed.

Essential Functions:

• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Remain Compliant with drug and alcohol policies
• Attendance
• Adhere to all state and company policies and procedures
• Maintain work productivity over differing conditions

Principal Accountabilities:*

• Create and confirm Employee Purchases
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Review past due accounts receivable (AR) for assigned accounts at least weekly and obtain payment status information from sales representatives or customers. Update notes in Encompass and prepare weekly summary of over 30 day past due customers for weekly AR report.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Scan remittances and delivery documents.
• Assist with special projects when needed.
• Assist Accounts Payable with weekly check run mailing.
• Post mail in check payments to customers’ account in Encompass and follow up on any skipped payments, short payments and overpayments.
• Answer incoming phone calls to business and provide assistance for calls on customer accounts.
• Greet and assist visitors to the building including facilitating pickup orders and donations.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze/solve problems, multitask and work in a fast paced environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have great attention to detail and accuracy
