Paralegal - Hybrid Jobs

We are looking for an individual with outstanding interpersonal and client service skills! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading law firm. • Hybrid: 1 day per week, Wednesdays
• Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN

What you’ll do as a Paralegal:

• Organize and maintain case files
• Assist with trial preparation and support
• Conduct factual and legal research
• Work with the legal team in the preparation and filing of court documents
• Interpret and apply court rules and procedures
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery
• Maintain case docket and calendars
• Perform various duties relating to discovery, including document gathering, review, and organization, preparation for depositions, and coordination of document productions

What you’ll bring to the Paralegal role:

• Experience with electronic court and administrative agency filing platforms (preferred but not required)
• Ability to organize, prioritize and execute numerous tasks under tight time constraints
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Functional understanding and application of court rules and procedures (preferred but not required)
• Experience as a litigation paralegal (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
• Formal paralegal training from an accredited program, a four-year degree program (preferred but not required)
