What Impact Will You Make in This Role?

As the Paralegal- Contract/Bids Specialist, you will organize and maintain the contract process while simultaneously seeking prospective bids and contracts in order to catalyze business development success. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams. You will be the first point of exposure for prospective organizations to the business.

You will...

• Oversee both the bid & contract process; review, evaluate, administer and provide professional

guidance on contractual documents

• Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications and

negotiations

• Review new contracts for accuracy, reporting requirements, and general scope of work, ensuring the

operations conform to the terms of the agreement

• Collect, log, and submit reporting data to external partners
• Create bid packages by compiling quotes, required bid documents, Vivacity marketing and literature,
• Research and seek new bid and RFP opportunities

And Any Additional Required Information

• Coordinate with senior leadership to establish pricing

• Proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

What Education & Experience Levels Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• High school diploma and minimum 4 years relevant experience required
