As an OSHA/HIPAA Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding medical practices towards compliance and security. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be expected to have an ongoing mastery of OSHA and HIPAA regulations, be available to clients and team members as needed for support and continue to grow this service line.

As Consultants, it is necessary to work beyond a 9 to 5 workday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The position is located in our Knoxville, TN headquarters; however, candidates with the prerequisites residing in other regions of the country are encouraged to apply as remote options are available.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
• Ability and willingness to travel when necessary
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
• Willingness to work until the job is complete
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• A desire to connect and build trust with others

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Two years of work experience at a consulting firm or healthcare company focusing on OSHA and/or HIPAA; or
• A Juris Doctorate degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow the service line on a year-over-year basis and manage the service line profit and loss
• Develop high quality online training forClients’ medical staff and others related to OSHA and HIPAA

Client designated OSHA Safety Officer and HIPAA Privacy/Security Officer

• Communicate regularly with Consulting Team, leadership, and representatives from various functional teams
• Conduct virtual or on client location effective and comprehensive client audits and training
• Create digital business development material as requested from marketing team and others
• Show an appreciation for the complete cycle of work and understand the impact of assignments on the overall goal of projects
• Maintain updated manuals and reference materials to be available for purchase and electronic download and update content when appropriate and beneficial to do so
• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership and other DM divisions to ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives
• Provide effective client support, as coordinated with multiple DM departments

Some travel; however, it is not expected to exceed 20% of your work time.

WHAT HIGH PERFORMANCE LOOKS LIKE:

• Hitting year-over-year forecasted service line revenue growth and profit management
• Formatting high-quality learning modules for our online Learning Management System, DMU (DoctorsManagement University) pertaining to OSHA and HIPAA, to include a PowerPoint presentation with voice-over recording
• Three or more senior colleagues viewing you as a reliable and an effective, supporting team member
• Effectively utilizing our Workday tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, MemberClicks, QBTime, Yaypay and others) in accordance with our best practices
