Organic Social Community Manager (Part-Time)

About the Role:

As our Community Manager you will act as the brand voice for a variety of client’s and industries -- engaging on their social platforms directly. You will be responsible for leading daily check-ins (on business days) of pre-determined social pages - reviewing all comments, messages, tagged stories, and more, primarily on Instagram and Facebook but with limited management on platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

PDM’s Community Managers will work directly under the Social Media Manager as a direct line of communication for

Terms:

• Position Title: Part Time Community Manager
• Compensation: Hourly rate determined by experience and skill set
• Hours Desired: 8-12 hr/week (flexible morning and afternoon hours)

*This is a remote opportunity open to anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct community outreach within designated industries on social, engaging with community posts as the brand
• Conduct “Invite to Like” campaigns for applicable clients on Facebook
• Coordinate with the account team via Slack and/or Email to share urgent comments/messages
• Reshare tagged stories and engaged on tagged posts
• Act as the unique brand’s voice across a variety of social media platforms (Including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google My Business)
• Follow and iterate from our Community Management Matrix to eliminate templated responses

Requirements:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Strong follow through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability
• Social media experience working across multiple social channels (Including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google My Business)
