Operator Batcher Jobs

• Completes customer orders, schedule deliveries, paperwork, and small plant maintenance. May run front end loader or other material handling equipment to charge plant with aggregate, sand, or other materials;
• A CLEAN work site is a SAFE work site. At Holcim US, SAFETY truly comes first.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires;
• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas;
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist plant manager with all tasks as needed, follow the instructions and perform duties as assigned;
• Using computer or manual controls, efficiently batches product with proper mix, and making necessary raw material adjustments. Understand the proper use of each mix design;
• Ability to follow instructions, and maintain good housekeeping around the plant site;

• Required Experience:
  • One – to three (1-3) years in a dispatch environment or customer service related experience;
  • Direct knowledge and experience with dispatch systems, personal computers, telephones and telephone headsets;
  • Excellent oral (telephone) communication skills;
  • Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers. Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work. Strong organization skills.

  • Bi-lingual communications skills are a plus.
