Development Review Foreman Jobs

South Adams County Water & Sanitation is dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable water resources and services in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life, is seeking a qualified individual on our Development Review team as a Foreman.

The Working Foreman Performs

• Inspections and locates
• Project walk-throughs to ensure proper construction and protection of the District’s systems
• Provide oversight, scheduling, direction and training to members of the development and locate team
• Pre-construction utility coordination and plan review
• Coordinate personnel between development and maintenance tasks

Qualified Candidates Should Have

• Solid problem solving and communication skills
• Solid ability to adapt to changing priorities, procedures, conditions and circumstances
• Valid, current Colorado Driver’s License
• Ability to work in a variety of locations, terrains and conditions
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office
• A minimum of eight (8) years of water or wastewater utility system experience or related field.
• High School Diploma OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced knowledge on water/wastewater systems construction practices and design specifications and construction standards
• Lead or supervisory experience helpful
• Colorado Distribution and Collection System Certifications, level 4

Successful candidates will be required to complete a drug screen and background check prior to employment.

The District offers a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Salary Range $31.00 - 46.00/hr
