The Care Navigation Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of care navigators in providing high-quality customer service and support to patients and families. The Care Navigation Operations Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of care navigators in providing high-quality customer service and support to patients and families. The team lead is responsible for ensuring that the team is meeting customer service goals and providing excellent customer service. The team lead is also responsible for providing guidance and support to the team members, as well as ensuring that the team is meeting all operational and quality standards. The team lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
