Summary


The Operations Program Manager leads multiple retail programs across all phases including initiation, execution, monitoring, control and closure for both new and existing products, programs.


Education And/or Experience


  • Knowledge of branch and back-office operations, practices, protocols, systems and programs, related laws/regulations required
  • Minimum five years banking experience in a related area required
  • Program Management Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required or eight years of directly related experience


Job Duties


  • Manage end to end process of projects and initiative roll outs
  • Liaison between member facing channels and assigned lines of business
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop project/initiative communication and execution plans for member facing channels
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
  • Develop and deliver statistical analysis of program utilization and trends
