Candidate Profile

Seeking a self-starter and team-oriented individual who will bring passion and dedication to one of the fastest growing companies in the US. This role requires an individual with the unique ability to attend to details, dig in and get things done. The most successful candidate will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are equally meaningful in this role. A proven track record of effective time management, taking the initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations is important. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is self-driven and adapts to changing circumstances.

Reporting Relationship

The Partner Operations Analyst reports to the SVP, Partner Services and will be based at the Company’s headquarter office in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Build revenue growth models / proformas supporting existing brands
• Manage standardization of existing partners’ data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with SVP, Enterprise Analytics to evaluate, build and roll out reports for all of the Partner Services team
• Monitor and identify product sales trends & opportunities for brand growth
• Conduct sales and margin analyses for partners
• Participate in partner calls as needed

Experience

• Experience using multiple analytics and tracking platforms and tools is a plus
• Extremely well-organized and able to multitask. You will be required to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills demonstrated by timely implementation and ongoing success (KPIs) of new partnerships in prior role(s)
• Strong computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
• Self-motivated and should be able to work at senior levels of management both internally and externally.
