Job Description

Operations Manager

Location: Louisville, KY


Our client is a high-growth warehousing solutions provider for the manufacturing industry. We're seeking an Operations Manager with a strong level of technical aptitude to manage a team of 15 operations staff and technicians. This is a full-time position based in Louisville, KY.


Responsibilities

  • Work with internal team members to manage subcontractor operations
  • Collaborate with other Area leaders to delegate and allocate resources
  • Oversee team members and develop KPI's to drive efficiencies across the business
  • Operations P&L Management
  • Work with sales team to expand the business and drive installations of products
  • Maintain warehouse operations and parts inventory
  • Report to their Vice President and manage a team of ops staff and technicians


Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with various teams and departments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Management experience (preference for experience managing larger teams)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with industrial automation solutions


Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Target Bonus: $30,000
