  • Establish and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards, managing risks and safeguarding the organization's operations and reputation.
  • Manage sales efforts related to infrastructure solutions and services, including identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals.
  • Establish and manage collaborations with IT vendors and partners to leverage technology solutions and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide assistance and resources to the sales team to enhance customer interactions, drive sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and long-term growth.

Contract Types:

  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of various contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Business Associate Agreements (BAA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), to protect the company's interests and ensure legal compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business is required; a master's degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Ability to implement policies and strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and foster a positive company culture.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and contract management is highly desirable.
