Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for adding leads to our CRM, researching, and adding vehicle brochures to our database, as well as window stickers for vehicles. Ideally this person would work from our Parkersburg, WV office but a remote role is a possibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain and update our customer database
  • Research and add vehicle brochures to our database
  • Communicate with team members to ensure lead information is properly organized and recorded
  • Research and add window stickers for vehicles
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness of all entries
  • Accurately enter leads into our CRM system

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation:

  • $15-$20/hr
