Stone Building Solutions focuses on the condominium market in the state of Florida. We provide engineering, capital reserve studies, public adjusting and valuation appraisals for our clients. Job Summary:

We are seeking a positive, optimistic and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Operations Admin.

The individual we choose will work from a home-based remote office in theEastern Time Zone.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Create contracts using Panda Docs;

Utilize our PipeDrive program for our sales CRM;

  • Answer telephone during business hours & check voicemail for after-hours calls;
  • Manage documents within claim system and on Google Drive;
  • Create documents as assigned using Google Docs and Google Sheets;
  • Accurate data entry into claim system;
  • Provide admin support to teams as needed;
  • Respond to phone calls & emails from clients, estimators, engineers, examiners, insurance company, adjusters, and appraisers.
  • Schedule inspections and Zoom meetings with multiple parties;


Education and Experience:

  • Experience using Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs;
  • Experience using Google Drive & Gmail;
  • Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • 1-3 year prior administrative experience required;
  • US Citizenship required or authorization to work in the US.
  • High school or equivalent required, some college preferred;


Skills and Abilities:

  • Versatile and flexible, willing, and able to adapt in ever changing environment;
  • Must have their own computer to work from;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Able to manage priorities and workflow;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Comfort level to communicate on camera via zoom.
  • Detail oriented with commitment to excellence;
  • Comfortable and skilled using technology and automation;


Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, $17/hr to start, with incremental potential after 90 days.

Fixed schedule preferred: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST.


Clean background check required,working State Licensed services.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
