Operational Specialist Jobs

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for handling our order fulfillment process, managing inventory levels, providing executive support, and running the online store.

Responsibilities

• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Monitor inventory trends and proactively order additional stock as needed
• Provide executive support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers and handle any customer service inquiries related to shipping and delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts to identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments
• Manage the order fulfillment process, including receiving, processing, and shipping customer orders
• Assist with office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
