Position Title: Operations Manager in US

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cryptocurrency exchange's daily operations in US. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will ensure that the exchange runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all operational goals are met.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the cryptocurrency exchange

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in US.

· Monitor the exchange's performance and identify areas for improvement

· Manage and coordinate the work of various operational teams, including customer support, trading, and risk management

· Work closely with the CEO to set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members

· Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to ensure seamless operation of the exchange

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments and identify opportunities for growth and expansion

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the cryptocurrency industry

· Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and market dynamics

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Proven ability to manage and motivate teams

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
