Who We're Looking For - The Marketplace Manager is a role that will help manage, maintain, and support the various Marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay and Walmart. This role will need to be well versed in the nuances of marketplaces and have a thorough understanding that marketplaces are not black/white spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Ads Optimization & Tracking
• Other responsibilities include Reimbursement Management, Inventory Reconciliation, Project Management, Amazon / eBay Customer Support Case Management
• Other duties as needed
• Monitoring inventory stock levels and creating replenishment shipments in multiple countries
• Promo Scheduling & Tracking
• Continuously searching marketplace platforms and reporting fraud/infringement from other sellers as well as monitoring competitors to help make strategic decisions; helping in expanding into new marketplaces & platforms
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance and inventory metrics

Qualifications:

• Willing to take direction, but also able to work independently
• 2+ years managing & selling products on Amazon, Walmart, & other marketplaces
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization & what the levers are within Amazon, Walmart, and outside marketplaces
• Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
• Curiosity and interest in learning new concepts and technologies
• Understanding of how products flow into and out of Amazon and what key metrics are used to track performance
