Responsibilities:

Works collaboratively with members of the Oncology program to monitor the process and outcomes of patient care to oncology patients throughout the continuum. Through care monitoring and tracking they can ensure timely and quality care is being provided, use the information to improve the knowledge and skill of oncology care providers, and promote performance improvement and patient safety within an established institution structure. Works collaboratively with the Oncology program Medical Director and Cancer Center Executive Director to ensure maintenance of requirements established by all applicable Boards, Accrediting bodies, and the Commission on Cancer. Maintains knowledge of standards required by various regulatory agencies and within the field of Oncology. Able to maintain a comprehensive approach to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
