Job Description

Title: Onboarding Analyst

Company: United Healthcare

Location: 9800 Healthcare Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55343, 2 days per week.

Duration: 7/11 start date (first week all in person training) through 12/7 – 5 month contract, possible extension

Openings: 4

Payrate: $20/hr

Interview Process: Virtual interview next week – 6/21-6/23


Must

  • Ability to work onsite 2 days/week
  • Reliable high speed internet connection at home and a private area to work
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with multiple system platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) Excel (general spreadsheet navigation) and Outlook (email and calendar)
  • 3+ months of experience in a production, auditing, or analyst role

Soft Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

· Strong communication, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical/problem solving skills

· Self-starter with desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Plus

  • Knowledge of insurance industry, compliance, licensing or claims experience

Day-to-Day

In this position you will play a key role in supporting Medicare & Retirement Sales Operations by analyzing and processing new and existing agent requests for UHC Agent Lifecycle Management. In this role you will become responsible for entry-level to intermediate processing in addition to developing expertise related to processing insurance agent license applications and supporting materials through to completion. You will work in the office 2-3 days a week and rotate to your work at home environment for the other days.

Key Duties:

· Perform analysis of submitted material for completeness and accuracy, analyzing, credentials and documentation

· Ensure cases adhere to all policies and procedures, in addition to federal and state laws and regulations

· Production desk processing of licensing, appointing and contracting work, including routine projects and cleanup initiatives.

· Acts as internal liaison and customer service resource for producers and sales leaders relative to licensing and appointment process, systems issues, and coordination efforts to achieve "ready to sell" status.

· Identify risks or issues and assess/implement alternate solutions

· Meets all department standards for quality and service level agreements.
